Our Mittelstand team works with privately owned businesses to provide coaching, strategic and operational support to guide our clients through organisational, commercial, financial or operational challenges.

Using our many years of executive experience we help our clients to create sustainable results in optimizing their business performance by improving processes and productivity, in the manufacturing, engineering and overhead functions. In addition, we will work with our clients to enhance their asset management, to reduce their working capital and thus improve the overall liquidity.
Our team supports clients to refine/define their strategic direction and supports them to efficiently manage growth and change. In M&A projects we provide an experienced project management at every stage of the deal life cycle including the post-merger integration process.

M&A and Post Merger Integration
